Enable the Auto Add/Remove License Feature Follow
In this article, we will cover the steps required to enable the Auto Add/Remove License Feature in Propertybase.
This feature will help automatically assign a Propertybase license during User creation or reactivation. This will also help to automatically unassign a Propertybase license when you deactivate a User.
It will ensure that Propertybase licenses are assigned only to Active Users in the Org.
This can be activated by adding a new entry in the Settings Object.
To add a new Setting, perform the following:
- Click the App Launcher in the top left of the page (Dial pad icon) and select Settings.
- Click New.
- Enter the Setting Name, Key and Values in the modal window.
- Name and Key enter "userlicense_sync"
- In the Value field, enter "true"
- Click Save.

Additional Notes:
The next time you create a new User (or reactivate/deactivate an existing one), be sure to mark the checkbox field called "Is PropertyBase User" as true before clicking Save. This will trigger the automation to assign/unassign the License from the User record.
