Due to the use of the Force.com underlying infrastructure and segmentation of individual customer instances, it is the sole responsibility of our customers to back up the data stored in their instances of PropertyBase Sales Force Edition. Data may include:
- Contact Records and associated activity
- User Profiles
- Operational Data
- Usage Data
Lone Wolf does not have the ability to back up data stored in the PropertyBase Salesforce Edition on our customer's behalf, and we strongly encourage all Customers to institute a backup policy.
