Corrupted Process Builder Fix

The newly released Salesforce Spring '20 update has corrupted processes in Process Builder.

There is a simple fix to resolve this problem. Please see below the detailed steps you will need to take to rectify this problem. 

This is an example of an error that you may be experiencing. The corrupt Process will be named in the error.

The fix the corrupted process please clone the process and then activate it. See steps below. 

1) Navigate to Setup

2) Type Process Builder in the Quick Search field and then click Process Builder.

3) Find the Corrupted Process, click the dropdown arrow and then click the link.

4) Clone the Process

5) Click Save

6) Click Activate
