Capturing Leads from Portals

Front Desk, a service developed by Propertybase, allows you to capture leads from several online real estate portals. This article contains a list of what portals are currently supported "out of the box" and instructions for connecting to your real estate portal of choice.

Available Listing Portals

Below is a list of real estate portals that already have existing parsing algorithms. These portals are ready for immediate use by current Propertybase customers.

Connecting to a Portal

Follow the steps below to connect to any of the available real estate portals. Note that there are different instructions depending on which version of Propertybase you have.

Note: Propertybase Lightning customers will find this email address in the Control Center, under Front Desk. Propertybase Classic customers will have received this email address from Propertybase Support after requesting Front Desk setup.

  • Once you've located your Front Desk address, update your real estate portal to forward leads to that address.

Done! That's it. Once your portal is forwarding leads to your unique email address, Front Desk will automatically start importing those leads.

Requesting a New Portal Integration

If you don't see your portal of choice listed on the "Available Listing Portals" tab, follow the steps in the article "Adding a New Portal Lead Source". Once completed, our Support Team will investigate and analyze the emails being sent from this portal. Once this has been done, our team with provide you with a timeframe for developing an integration with Front Desk!
