CampaignTrack Integration - (AUS)

About

Real estate agencies and their staff in Australia can use the CampaignTrack software to create, order and track all their office, personal profile and property marketing belongings.

The Propertybase and CampaignTrack integration allows users to push Listings and images from Propertybase to CampaignTrack. 

Submit Properties

This integration will add a new button to the page layout of your listings. Use this button to send listing data straight to CampaignTrack. The user that presses the button inside Propertybase will also become the owner of the Property in CampaignTrack. Keep this in mind when creating new properties.

Note: The integration has a comprehensive set of error messages that appear if there is a data transmission problem. Review errors and follow the on screen instructions to correct transmission problems.

Submit Images

In addition to submitting property data, images attached to a property will also be sent to CampaignTrack.

Make sure that all the images you want submitted are ticked for the Expose, as only Expose images are submitted.

Installation Instructions

  1. Install the integration into your Propertybase account with the above link for all users.

  2. Go to your Listing Page Layouts add the 'Submit to CampaignTrack' button to the page layouts.

  3. Ask CampaignTrack for your Office Reference and Webservice Key. These need to be saved in the CampaignTrack Settings page.

  4. Make sure each user that wishes to use CampaignTrack has a corresponding user created in CampaignTrack. Each user will also need their email added to the XML Reference field inside CampaignTrack. 

Note: You may need to request CampaignTrack to enable the XML Reference field on user record in CampaignTrack if it is not visible.

 

 

Below is a list of common errors and FAQ with the integration

Error: Missing WebserviceKey

 
You will need to contact CampaignTrack to get your WebService Key. This is unique for your company and needs to be provided by CampaignTrack. This will need to be entered into the settings in the CampaignTrack settings page in Propertybase.
 
Error: Invalid Agency ID
 
You will need to contact CampaignTrack to get your Agency ID. This is unique for your office and needs to be provided by CampaignTrack. This will need to be entered into the settings in the CampaignTrack settings page in Propertybase.
 
Error: Invalid User
 
Could not find CampaignTrack user with your email address. Please set your email address in the XML Reference field in CampaignTrack.
 
If you do not have a CampaignTrack user please contact your CampaignTrack admin.
 
If you do not have an XML Reference field in CampaignTrack please contact CampaignTrack and have them enable this feature.
 
Error: Missing Required Field Data
 
The error will provide a list of fields on the Listing record that are missing the required data.
 
Note the integration only uses the PBA standard fields. If you have replaced standard fields with your own custom fields you will need to ensure that the standard PBA fields are still populated.
 
Error: No Images Found
 
Ensure that the images on the listing are tagged for Expose.
 
Only images that are tagged for Expose are sent to CampaignTrack.
